why are you so difficult to swallow? Read a couple of articles here and there about swallowing pills. Gonna get tic-tacs later so I can practice. I am 21 years old and I couldn't handle pills?!!? What is wrong with me!?!! So far I've tried to pop in the pill & drink some water. I've tried with nestum but I can taste it so I puked out the pill. I kept puking out those pills & it ain't cheap you know :((((
