As usual I went to the gym late as ever. I know the gym closes at 2.15pm and yet I came at 1.40pm. I thought the cleaners wouldn't be cleaning during the weekends like always but they did today!
So I had to scoot out from the gym and decide to watch Schlumberger junior tennis match. Wow, these kids can play! And yes they have coaches as well. Looking at them, how I wished my parents encourage me to play sports like they do. I think, if I am going to be a parent one day...maybe I would encourage my kids to do sports like tennis, badmintion, swimming etc etc. That'd be good. Personally, I think by playing tennis or any sports for that matter...kids will learn things like teamwork, listening to instructions and learn how to focus on things. Besides that, it'll avoid them from being overweight or obese.
While waiting for the gym to open, there's this kid (omputih) who came upstairs and approached me. I thought kids were not suppose to talk with strangers. Oh well, anyway...she said she wanted to play table tennis or ping pong. Is it the same? Told her that I didn't have a ball so she said she'll get one. Then she came back with a tennis ball and we played. It doesn't work though. Hehehehe We had fun anyway. Her name is Chloe...nice girl, I thought. But my mistake was to invite her into the gym...erk! *slapsforhead* I thought being a girl, she would just accompany me and talk while I was working out. But nooooooo~ She was all over the place, I had a hard time working out. I had to keep an eye on her. I was afraid that she might get hurt or something. She's also busy trying out the machines. Hehe. She's one curious girl and naughty too!! Suddenly, the woman in the gym told me that I'm not suppose to bring her in. Boohoo. You old woman! :D Well, I knew that but I have this sympathy...empathy for her, y'know. She doesn't have any friends with her, so I thought why not? Hahahaha. Next time, when she's around...I think table tennis would do for us =) The gym is too dangerous for kids, that I know. And I'll keep that in mind.
While we were playing table tennis..I asked her name & she asked mine told her that my name is Nisa...then she asked, "Is it like Natalie?". Then I said, "Do I look like a Natalie to you?". :D :D
