Ramblings

I had so many things to say while I was washing my car just now. Now, I can't seem to start anywhere. *poof*

Lets start off with my trip to the gym. As usual it was swell, there's only me and a chinese guy. So it was good. Inda berabut memakai equipments at the gym. Did everything one circuit but did 2 rounds of Fitball - the left to right workout. And also I used the rowing machine although it is not part of my routine. I find it enjoyable. Hee. Enuff about that.

Moving on, I had this yesterday. I eat as much as I work out. Balanced diet? I dont think so. Hahahhaha.

Next agenda, I watched AF Prelude last night. This time it is much better, they have juri professional to choose siapa yang banar-banar layak for the show. Although, the last 2 kana pilih by voting system, tapi masih jua ku sasak. Kenapa tia si Amirul atu masuk. He sang Biru by OAG and it was bloody sumbang. I was praying so hard that ia inda masuk this reality show. GAH!!!! I've read Erna's thoughts on this show last night. Some were reallllllllly lawa. So far I like Lotter, Rich, Velvet and Farhan. All of them sang in English except Velvet ia bawa lagu Naluri, erm Lotter - Sunday morning, Rich - I dont remember and Farhan - Route 66. Velvet's voice is so merdu, halus and tinggi. I hope the champion is a female this year. For the last 3 years lelaki saja. pfft!

Oh I've changed my layout twice for the pass few days but I still love this one. Maybe some other time.

I'm off! Gonna watch my telenovela!
