Fat issue!

What does it take for me to lose weight eh? For a food lover, this is a great challenge indeed. (GILA kali, I love to eat bah!!!) To lose 3-5kg within the months to come, this would mean:-

  1. No crackers of any kind
  2. No spagetthi
  3. No pizza
  4. No cheese
  5. No shepherd pie
  6. No nasi katok
  7. No murtabak kosong / telur
  8. No teh tarik
  9. No nasi lemak
  10. No nasi goreng
  11. No skim milk
  12. No in-between junkies
  13. No chocolates
  14. No potatoes
  15. No biscuits
  16. No carbonated drinks
  17. No bubble tea
  18. No ice-cream
  19. No cold water
  20. And the list goes on...

Fact: On a questionaire I did few months ago, I will gain approximately 2 kgs per year with my eating & exercising pattern. Without exercise, I can/might gain more than 2 kg. Yikes!!!!! =( That's not a pretty sight, I tell ya. Can I pull this stunt off? Can I lose 5kg within a year? If Josie can lose 10kg within 10 months, why can't I? *sigh*
