Mean people, heartless people

I am really upset & angry to see people who are heartless and treat people like slaves. I believe humans should be treated equally regardless their nationality, religion, social class, ethincity background & gender for that matter. As naive as I may sound but this happens at the place where I work. It comes to a point where some of the Phillipinos were treated very badly. Its just so sad that I cannot do anything about it because I am no more superior than he is. Forbiding him to eat was just an outraged and forcing him to work after he had finished working night shift was an outraged. This proves that the management is a flop. Well what can I say? It is run by a bunch of unexperience & under-educated people. Enough said.
